HERE’S WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT
If you registered for a webinar less than 24 hours before it begins:
Please watch your email for a registration confirmation which will contain a link to the webinar. We recommend you test the “Click here to join” link in that email prior to the webinar. Please also make sure to join the webinar at least 5 minutes early as we will start on time. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk mail folder, and if it’s not there, email us at email@example.com to let us know you haven’t received the registration email. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY REGISTRATION THAT IS COMPLETED LESS THAN 1 HOUR BEFORE A SCHEDULED WEBINAR.
If you registered more than 24 hours before a webinar is scheduled to begin:
- We’re going to send you an email invitation 2 days prior to the webinar with instructions on how to join. For those of you joining us on a computer that does not have a microphone, we will include a phone number so you can participate in the live Q &A at the end of the webinar.
- We will give you a reminder call the day before the webinar. During that call, we will confirm that you received the email invitation.
- You will receive an email reminder about the webinar an hour before it starts.
- If you have questions before we call and you don’t want to wait, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message at (408) 356-9200 and we will return your call as soon as possible. Our office location is currently closed, however, our team is working remotely so we can continue to serve you.
