2022 WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’S
Thank you for helping us raise over $3,200 to help end Alzheimer’s!
We are passionate in our support of the Alzheimer’s Association and have participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s since 2012. Our office walks for all our clients, family members, and friends who have been affected by this unforgiving disease. This year we walked in the Silicon Valley Walk on Saturday, October 15.

2020 ONE WARM COAT DRIVE
Thank you for helping Litherland, Kennedy & Associates, APC, Attorneys at Law make a difference in our local community by donating to our One Warm Coat drive. We are thankful and excited to have exceeded our goal of collecting 50 coats. Special thanks to Realtor Kelsey Lane for sharing the information about our drive with her clients.
There are 39 million Americans living in poverty and struggling to pay their bills and support their families, and they are often unable to afford to purchase warm coats. One Warm Coat’s program gets coats to those in need, for free. The 51 coats we collected will be distributed in our community to help our neighbors stay safe and warm this winter. Last year, more than 500,000 coats were distributed across North America to children, women and men in need through One Warm Coat’s Coat Drive program. “We are so grateful for our Coat Drive Ambassadors, like Litherland, Kennedy & Associates, Attorneys at Law! It is because of our incredible volunteers that so many people receive the gift of warmth each year. The health effects of extreme cold are life threatening. Thanks to LKA’s efforts, many people in this community will be safe and protected this winter”, said Beth W. Amodio, President and CEO of One Warm Coat.
One Warm Coat is a national non-profit organization that works to provide a free, warm coat to any person in need and raises awareness of the vital need for warm coats. One Warm Coat supports individuals, groups, companies and organizations across the country by providing the tools and resources needed to hold a successful coat drive. Coats are distributed in the communities where they were collected, to any person in need, without charge, discrimination or obligation. Over the past 27 years, One Warm Coat has worked with its volunteers to give away more than 6 million coats.
2019 WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’S
Team Litherland, Kennedy & Associates participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, October 12th, and Sunday, October 13th. We all set the goal to raise $2,200 in total fundraising monies and we have surpassed that goal by $505 – raising $2,705!
In this day and age, there are as many as 5.4 million people in the United States that are living with Alzheimer’s and nearly eleven million more are acting as caregivers for family members dealing with the disease. Your donation to this cause will help all of our efforts in the research and support of the Alzheimer’s Association’s efforts.
