Welcome Attorney Maggie A. LaBranch-Gonzales:
We are pleased to announce that Magdalena “Maggie” A. LaBranch-Gonzales has joined our estate planning practice.
Maggie has an undergraduate degree in Law & Society with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. Maggie is a member of the State Bar of California, Silicon Valley Bar Association, and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. She has 9 years of estate planning experience. Maggie grew up in Silicon Valley and graduated from Prospect High School. She is an alumni member of the alpha Kappa Delta Phi and continues to give back to her community. Maggie loves to travel, hike and go to the movies. She resides in San Jose with her husband, Elias, where they are raising their 2 daughters.

Labor Day Weekend at our law firm took on a very happy and literal twist as attorney Justin M. Kennedy and his wonderful wife Holly welcomed their son Owen into the world on September 1st. Justin will be on paternity leave for the remainder of this month as he enjoys being a new parent.
As we welcome Maggie to our firm, we want our clients and friends to know they can expect from Maggie the same attention to detail and concern for our clients for which we are known in the community. We would like to extend a personal invitation to invite your friends and family to attend one of our upcoming estate planning seminars in the greater San Jose area and meet Maggie, who will be speaking with Roy about Living Trusts and estate planning. Justin will be back to co-presenting our Living Trust Seminars in October as he returns from paternity leave.
