For more than 50 years, Litherland, Kennedy & Associates has been dedicated to helping families protect the people they love. This year, we’re inviting a small number of our clients to join us in making an even greater impact.

Your donation supports the Alzheimer’s Association’s mission to advance research, provide care and support for families, and work toward a world without Alzheimer’s. At the same time, your generosity will help another family gain the peace of mind that comes from having a thoughtful estate plan in place.
An Exclusive Opportunity for Our Clients
This opportunity is available exclusively to current Litherland, Kennedy & Associates estate planning clients and is limited to just three client-sponsored estate plans.
Each qualifying donation allows you to gift one comprehensive Living Trust Estate Plan to a loved one who resides in California.
Your Gift Includes
Your loved one will receive the same comprehensive estate planning services we provide to our new estate planning clients, including:
- Revocable Living Trust
- Pour-Over Will
- Durable Financial Power of Attorney
- Health Care Power of Attorney
- HIPAA Authorization
- Deed for a California primary residence (when applicable)
- Estate Planning Portfolio
- Ongoing client education and support, including future review appointments, educational workshops, and access to our client resources
The Living Trust Estate Plan has a current value of $6,895. Through this special opportunity, your $4,295 charitable donation makes it possible for your loved one to receive this planning while supporting a cause that touches millions of families.
Why We’re Doing This
Every year, members of our team participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s because we have seen firsthand the challenges Alzheimer’s disease creates for individuals and the people who love them. We also know that one of the greatest gifts you can give your family is a well-designed estate plan.
This initiative allows our clients to make a meaningful difference in both ways: supporting families affected by Alzheimer’s while helping protect the future of someone they care about.
Eligibility
- Available exclusively to current Litherland, Kennedy & Associates estate planning clients.
- The gifted recipient must be a California resident.
- Limited to one gifted estate plan per qualifying donation.
- Limited to the first three qualifying donations received.
- The recipient must complete our normal estate planning consultation process to ensure the recommended plan is appropriate for their needs.
If you’ve been looking for a meaningful way to honor someone affected by Alzheimer’s while helping a loved one protect their future, we would be honored to help make that possible.
